Nursing encloses independence and collaborative care of individuals of all ages, families, groups, and communities, sick or well, and in all positions. It includes the promotion of health, prevention of illness, and the care of the ill, disabled, and so on. Nurses save and improve lives as front line members of the health care delivery team. Nurses who have completed the Auxiliary nurse midwife (ANM) course get to work as primary health workers and midwives in primary health care centers.
