The exam conducting body of various Postgraduate medical examinations - National Board of Examinations (NBE) has declared the result of NEET MDS 2021 today. As per the citations made in the Official information bulletin NEET MDS 2021, the results were scheduled to be released on 31st of December 2020.
There are two official websites of NBE, and the results will be made available on both of them. The concerned students can either visit natboard.edu.in, or nbe.edu.in to get their NEET MDS 2021 results. We have also mentioned it here for your convenience.

Earlier, some of the non-official websites had mentioned that the results of NEET MDS 2021 will get declared a day or two in advance. However, no such news was true, and the candidates are advised to follow these two websites for all the NEET MDS 2021 updates.

Qualifying criteria and cut-offs of NEET MDS
Now speaking of the percentile result needed to qualify for the NEET MDS, it is as mentioned below:-
- For general and EWS category candidates 50th percentile is required. Whereas, the candidates belonging to unreserved PWD category 45th percentile will suffice.
- In case of the candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC category, they need 40th percentile.
These are the set criteria. However, NEET MDS cut-offs have undergone revision in previous years. For instance, the cut-offs for the year 2020 were 286, 268, 250 as per the criteria mentioned above. But in later stages, it was reduced.
It is based on the set norms of the NBE. According to which, whenever the number of eligible candidates is below that of the number of vacancies, a reduction in cut off is made.
Firstly, the National Board of Examination have released the merit list of the candidates, and later on, the board will publish the scorecard of NEET MDS 2021.
The merit list of NEET MDS 2021 includes the scores and ranks of all those candidates who have qualified with the required cutoffs, along with their roll numbers. This list will not contain the details of those candidates who were unable to qualify in the examination. On the other hand, the scorecards of all the qualified, as well as unqualified aspirants, will be made available for the downloads.

Brief info on NEET MDS admission test
The NEET MDS admission test was organized on 16th of December 2020, social distancing norms of the COVID-19. It was a computer-based test, and the examination paper had two parts. A total of 240 questions were there in the test, having a total of 960 marks. The paper was segregated into part A having 100 questions, and part B containing 140 questions. Each correct question carried +4 marks, and for each incorrect answer, -1 mark was rewarded.
