Additionally, links of the mock test Mock tests for JEE Advanced 2021 are also made active on the official website. However, it must be noted that it is mentioned on the official website that the purpose of the mock test is to make students familiar with the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only. The questions available in those mock tests do not represent the Question Papers of JEE (Advanced) 2021. Currently, there are two mock test papers available on the official website. The aspirants who are preparing for JEE exams and will take the examination next year, can also take these test to understand the exam pattern, and to check their level of preparation so far.
JEE Advanced 2021 At a Glance
It's the turn of IIT Kharagpur this year to conduct JEE Advanced 2021. On July 3, the exam will be conducted in two shifts, at various test centres.
However, a student will need to clear JEE Main to appear in JEE Advanced. The students from all categories who will come under top 250000 rank in JEE Main 2021, will become eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2021.
The examination will have two mandatory papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Apart from qualifying in this exam, students need to get a prescribed percentage of marks in class 12 board examination. However, Since the 75% score eligibility criteria have been removed this year, the students will need to secure pass marks in Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, a language, and any other subject.
After getting qualified for JEE Advanced 2021, the aspirants can take admissions into undergraduate Engineering, Science and Architecture programmes in 23 IITs. They would be able to opt for the Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s, and Dual Degree courses provided in the IITs, as per their score and their choice.
