Due to COVID-19, the Uttar Pradesh Government decides to postpone the state board exams of Classes 10 and 12. The board exams are postponed of Class 12th & 10th were commenced from 8th May 2021. By seeing the current COVID-19 situation in Uttar Pradesh, we've postponed state board exams for Class 10 and 12.
By seeing the present circumstances are not conducive for holding exams. Your health is our priority. The UP Government has said that all the classes are suspended till 15th May 2021 and no exam will be conducted during this period. The UP Board Class 10th and 12th examinations will be organized after 20th May 2021 and the new timetable will be determined in the first week of May.
The second time the UP Government has to postpone the board exams this year. The state government had initially postponed the exams to 8th May 2021. The actual date of board exams has been decided is on 24th April 2021.
As per the UPMSP secretary Divyakant Shukla, “The number of exam takers from outside the state has been gradually reducing due to strict measures taken by the board in conducting the exams. However, the student enrollment from the state remains intact.”
