About MAH MBA CET 2021

The Maharashtra MBA Common Entrance Test (MAH MBA CET) is an online examination conducted once a year for students looking to pursue their master's degree in management, i.e., MBA, PGDM, etc. This examination is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, in about 36 cities in Maharashtra and 12 cities other than Maharashtra. There are over 1 lakh applicants that take up this examination every year.

MHT MBA CET is a computer-based online examination that consists of 200 MCQ based questions. It is divided into four sections, i.e., Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability/Reading Competition. Aspirants must have to complete the exam within a time duration of 2 hours 30 minutes.

MAH CET Eligibility Criteria

In order to write the MAH CET examination, all applicants need to pass the eligibility criteria. These criteria are stated below:

  • A candidate seeking admission for the postgraduate management courses must have passed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant stream from a recognized board or university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
  • Relaxation of 5% has been given to the reserved category (45%).
  • Final year graduation students or those awaiting final results are also eligible to apply.
  • Candidates appearing for the GMAT/CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA are also considered to be eligible for admission against the All India Seats subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria. These candidates need to fill the online application form depending upon the schedule.
  • Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible.

MAH CET Exam Registration Process 2021

Candidates who want to participate in the MAH CET exam have to apply for the exam by filling the application form through the official website. It is an online process that involves the following steps:

Step 1: Registration

  • Visit the official website of MAH CET 2021
  • Fill in the required details.
  • After submitting the details, your user login ID and password will get generated that will be used for the further process.

Step 2: Fill MAH CET online application form 2021

  • Re-login using unique MAH CET ID
  • Fill in all the details that are required, such as contact, personal, education, etc.

Step 3: Upload Documents

  • Upload the scanned photograph (15 KB to 50 KB.).
  • Upload the scanned signature (5 KB to 20 KB).

Step 4: Fee Payment

  • Choose payment mode (Net Banking, Credit card, and Debit Card).

MAH CET Exam Guidelines 2021

MAH CET 2021 exam is going to be an online exam. Candidates are recommended to make the instructions clear in their minds while appearing for the MAH CET 2021 exam. The exam day guidelines for MAH CET 2021 Exam are listed below:

  • Candidates must have reached the exam center on reporting time. Entries after gate closure time will be prohibited.
  • Candidates have to bring their own hand sanitizer, mask, gloves, transparent water bottle, ball pen.
  • It is also important to bring all the documents – admit card, ID proof – as mentioned in the MAH CET 2021 admit card.
  • Only the admit card with the original id card will be valid.
  • Electronic devices, jewellery, etc., inside the exam center, will not be allowed.

Q1. Can the application form be filled in offline mode?

A1. The application form is made available only in online mode and hence cannot be filled in offline mode.

Q2. Is there any system for negative marking in the MAH MBA CET 2021?

A2. No, no marks will be deducted for any wrong or unattempted question.

Q3. What will be the mode of MAH MBA CET?

A3. As per the exam pattern of MAH MBA CET 2020, the exam will be conducted in the computer-based mode only and the medium was English.

Q4. Will I be allowed to provide a choice for the exam center?
