About ATMA 2021
ATMA or AIMS Test for Management Admissions is a national level entrance test, conducted three times every year by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) to provide admission to the MBA, PGDM, MCA, PGDBA, etc., course offered by more than 500 different institutes/colleges of India.
ATMA 2021 is going to be a computer-based online exam consists of 180 questions. The paper comprises of 3 sections (each), which is further divided into 2 sub-sections, i.e., Analytical Reasoning Skills - 1, Verbal Skills - 1, Quantitative Skills – 1, Analytical Reasoning Skills - 2, Verbal Skills - 2, Quantitative Skills - 2. ATMA Exam 2021: Registration Process
ATMA Exam 2021 registration process commences on December 21, 2020, till February 08, 2021. Candidates who want to participate in the exam have to apply for the exam by filling the application form through the official website of the ATMA. It is an online process that involves the following steps:
Step 1: Payment of application fee for ATMA 2021
- Visit the official website of ATMA - Click Here
- Click on ‘Click here to register for ATMA 2021’
- Enter email ID, phone number, and debit/credit card, or net banking details.
- Upon successful payment of the application fee for ATMA 2021, PID will be sent to the registered email address (PID is the login ID for ATM)
Step 2: Fill ATMA application form 2021
- Re-login with PID
- Fill all the details
- Choosing of exam center
Step 3: Upload requisite documents
- Passport size scanned photograph (File size should be 20 KB to 50 KB)
- Scanned Signature (File size should be 10 KB to 20 KB)
- OBC (NC)/SC/ST/DAP certificate (if any)
- 10th, 12th and Graduation marksheet
Step 4: Take a print out of the ATMA application form 2021
- After successfully submitting the application form for ATMA 2021, one will have to take a printout of it for future reference.
ATMA Exam 2021: Registration Fee
ATMA registration fee is Rs 1298 ( inclusive of GST @ 18%) for all candidates. However, women candidates and candidates from the North-Eastern states of India are eligible to avail a fee concession. Look at the table below to know the fee concessions provided to the candidates.

ATMA Exam 2021: Eligibility
Candidates who want to take admission in the MBA, PGDM, MCA, PGDBA, etc., offered by different institutes/colleges will have to take the common entrance exam conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). For this students have to be fit the eligibility criteria of the ATMA 2021 issued by the exam conducting authority AIMS. Listed below are the eligibility criteria for the ATMA 2021 entrance exam:
- Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university/institute with an aggregate of 50%.
- Final year candidates can also apply, but their admission shall be subjected to the submission of the passing certificate of final year, i.e., a minimum of 50% marks.
- Reservation of 5% is provided to the SC/ST students for appearing in the entrance (45% marks are required by them to be eligible).
- For the ATMA MBA exam work experience is not a mandatory criterion.
ATMA Exam 2021: Exam Layout
ATMA 2021 exam is a computer-based online exam. The ATMA exam consists of 180 questions. The paper comprises of 3 sections (each), which is further divided into 2 sub-sections, i.e., Analytical Reasoning Skills - 1, Verbal Skills - 1, Quantitative Skills – 1, Analytical Reasoning Skills - 2, Verbal Skills - 2, Quantitative Skills - 2. Students will have to answer all the questions within the time duration of 2 hours. The exam is expected to hold a moderate difficulty level.
- ATMA 2021 entrance will going to be computer-based mode.
- The paper consists of MCQ questions.
- Total of 180 objective questions.
- Each correct answer will carry a 1 mark.
- Each wrong answer will consist of 25% negative marking i.e., ¼ marks shall be deducted.

ATMA Exam 2021: Selection Procedure
Eligible candidates, based on the ATMA 2021 score, can apply for admission to MBA, PGDM, PGDBA, and MCA programs. Candidates who cleared the ATMA 2021 have to go through a Writing Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) round for getting final admission in an Institutes/colleges of India.
The final merit list will be prepared based on the different rounds of ATMA 2021 conducting by the Association of Indian Management School, i.e., ATMA Score, Writing Ability Test (WAT)/Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) performance. Based on the merit list, seat allotment takes place. After this, candidates can report to the institution for acknowledging the admission.

ATMA Exam 2021: Guidelines
ATMA 2021 exam is going to be an online exam. Candidates are recommended to make the instructions clear in their mind while appearing for the ATMA 2021 exam. The exam day guidelines for ATMA 2021 Exam are listed below:
- Candidates must have reach the exam center one hour before reporting time for the identification and verification process. Entries after gate closure time will be prohibited.
- Candidates have to bring their Admit Card, recent passport size photos (2), a copy of the registration form, and a Photo ID to the exam center.
- Only the admit card with the original id card will be valid.
- Electronic devices, books, notes, papers, calculators, slide-rules, mobile phones, jewelry, etc., inside the exam center is prohibited.
- Food items and any item containing metal inside the exam center will not be allowed.
- Help in any manner (giving/seeking/receiving) in the exam hall during the Test is prohibited.
