CU offers a vast range of courses with a variety of specializations at the undergraduate level for the students seeking admission in the fields of engineering, management, computing, cognitive sciences, education, animation and multimedia, tourism, biotechnology, science, pharmacy and so on.

For taking admission in the undergraduate courses, students have to pass the 10+2 or equivalent examination for B.E, B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com (Hons.), B.Sc, BFA, B.Des, B.Arch, B.A, BPT, BOT, B.Pharma, Pharm.D, B.Optom, and so on.

Entrance Exam: Candidates have to appear in the Joint Entrance Examination – Main (JEE Mains), Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED), Chitkara University Design Aptitude Test (CUDAT), National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), followed by the other entrance rounds as per the guidelines issued by the exam authority of CU.

For B.E, B.Tech, admission is based on the JEE Mains exam.

CU PG Admission Process 2021

CU also offers a wide range of courses with a variety of specializations at the postgraduate level for the students.

For taking admission in the postgraduate courses, students must require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent except M.Tech, MBA, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, M.Sc (Nursing), M.A, MPH, M.Optom, MPT, MCA, MFA, M.Des, and B.Ed which required graduation in any discipline. Candidates also have to fulfill the other eligibility criteria as per the guidelines issued by the exam authority of CU.

Entrance Exam: Candidates have to appear in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), Common Admission Test (CAT), Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), Management Admission Test (MAT), and Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT), followed by the other entrance rounds as per the guidelines issued by the exam authority of CU.

For M.Tech, admission is based on the GATE exam.

CU Ph.D. Admission Process 2021

In Doctorate programs, CU provides Ph.D. courses in different specializations for the students who want to do further study in a particular discipline.

For taking admission in the Ph.D. courses, students must require a Masters’ degree or equivalent from a recognized institute or university. Candidates also have to fulfill the other eligibility criteria as per the guidelines issued by the exam authority of CU.

Entrance Exam: Candidates have to appear in the National Eligibility Test – CSIR (CSIR NET), National Eligibility Test – UGC (UGC NET), followed by the other entrance rounds as per the guidelines issued by the exam authority of CU.
