BHU offers a vast range of courses with a variety of specializations at the undergraduate level for the students seeking admission in the fields of Law, Pharmacy, Medical, Vocational, Nursing, Arts, Education, Physical Education, Science, Performing Arts, Commerce and Banking, and so on.

For taking admission in the undergraduate courses, students have to pass the 10+2 or equivalent examination except B.Ed. and B.P.Ed which required graduation in any discipline.

BHU PG Admission Process 2022

BHU Doctorate Programs Admission Process 2022

In Doctorate programs, BHU provides M.Phil and Ph.D. courses in different specializations for the students who want to do further study in a particular discipline.

For taking admission in the M.Phil/Ph.D. courses, students must require a Masters’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institute or university. Candidates also have to fulfill the other eligibility criteria as per the guidelines issued by the exam authority of BHU.

Entrance Exam: Candidates have to appear in the Banaras Hindu University Research Entrance Test (BHU RET) conducted by the BHU, followed by the other entrance rounds as per the guidelines issued by the exam authority of BHU.
